We love that Praxis wines are getting a lovely reputation for quality at a fair price. 

We released the 2010 Praxis Viognier in March and it is almost gone.  It's a perfect wine for food and this time of year; bright, crisp with lots of gorgeous fruit flavors!  Get some before it's gone...and the winner of the only Silver Medal at the North of the Gate 2011 Wine Competition!

Praxis Lagrein" offers up beautifully framed aromas and flavors of crushed black and blue fruits with lovely hints of mocha and rosemary while delivering a wonderfully balanced, rich but not fat, mouthfeel that finishes with fine tannins and a lovely brush of acidity. About as good a wine as I've had recently from California and one worth hunting down!" Snooth (1/25/10)

Praxis Merlot was picked by Brad Haskel of Woodbury Magazine (Fall 2009) as a winner under $20.  "This is Merlot, before it was mass-produced, cheapened and had its name sullied.  Lip-smacking velvety Merlot, with a little complexity and guts" 

To us Praxis is a way to let Bill play with different winemaking techniques and…as he likes to say, “Praxis makes perfect!” Praxis is from the Greek for practice and was an early 19^th Century philosophy relating to the unattainable search for perfection. Like Arbios, all of the Praxis wines are 100% of their varietal from a single, sustainably farmed vineyard.
